As the Fraser Group continues to add to their extensive portfolio of fashion stores, they spotted an opportunity to grow into bigger areas and claim a much bigger share of the market. They placed 18 Montrose, Garment Quarter and Psyche in the hands of Acquiro Digital to help increase results across the board while managing two separate platform migrations.

We’d already cut our teeth with Psyche, achieving fantastic results for the luxury fashion brand before they joined the Fraser Group. We wanted to mirror this success across both Garment Quarter and 18 Montrose.

We were approached by I Love Wallpaper with one simple objective: to improve SERP visibility for a number of broad keywords – this in turn driving organic revenue from their most popular products. The budget was a monthly retainer value of £1500.

HOW WE DID IT

We love a challenge and after being told we couldn’t optimise well for SEO on their current platform, we got stuck into 18 Montrose. We’re big believers in ensuring a site has a solid foundation and we went back to ensure all of the basics were in place. We found that many of these SEO fundamentals had been overlooked or had been considered ‘too difficult’. By implementing these quickly we saw an instant impact that we’ve continued to build on.

Platform migrations can be tricky, but with an experienced technical team we knew we had Psyche’s migration covered. Our SEO team was able to perform a successful platform migration for Psyche that covered all of the bases from tech to content. Once this was up and running we were able to execute a successful content marketing strategy to push the brand to new heights.

Garment Quarter brought a whole new set of challenges to the table but by establishing a core set of brands and building our strategy around these, we are able to push the brand further than it had been before. Our teams combined their skills to ensure that Garment Quarter found it’s own niche in a heavily competitive market, establishing it as a brand to watch.
